Not only is shopping at Cardigan a beautiful experience, but so is shopping at Cardigan’s online store and having gorgeous clothing appear at my door! I have always been happy with my purchases from Cardigan and have received compliments galore when wearing them!

I recently visited Cardigan Co. in Charles City and was absolutely delighted by the experience. The boutique was so beautiful I loved the shop’s location! The location is perfect, adding to the charm of the visit. The highlight, however, was the fantastic service provided by the employee working there, Natalie. She was incredibly kind and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning soon, if only to see Natalie again:)

Though I have visited Cardigan numerous times over the years (all great experiences), I was especially pleased with the options and customer service during my most recent visit. Last weekend, I was rushing to an out-of-town wedding and didn't like my only dress option that I had packed. I decided to run into Cardigan before leaving town with hopes of finding something better. I was immediately greeted with a helpful smile, and I told the employee I had about 30 seconds to find a wedding guest dress for a very HOT day. Within a minute or two, I was guided to a dressing room full of options. Though I could have left with several of them (SO cute and great prices!), I couldn't have been more satisfied with the one I chose. It's my new favorite dress! It was affordable and the quality of service was top notch. I was in and out of the store in under five minutes with a perfect dress - which received so many compliments at the wedding!
